Wild winterfest weekend
Sunday, January 27, 2008Wow, traffic has been through the roof with all this Winterfest activity! I hope everyone is all the items they want. It is much more fun and challenging to have 12 items!
Egg Nog and the Winter Parka have been the hardest for us to get. We have a bunch of everything but overall the least of those two. I think the Potted icicle Tree is my favorite though.
The Winterfest pre-party was a lot of fun and we were so happy to have so many of you join in with your own activities! Rebecca was the big winner, winning FOUR of the contests! Kate/Etown won the hardest contest of the night but Beagle was so close several times so they both got a prize. It really was a good time and we’ll definitely do something like that again.
Then BOOM, Saturday was our best day ever here – 13,579 page views. Thanks to everyone and how funny that is went five odd numbers in a row!
So yet again, a big hug to everyone who visits. You’ve all helped make this place a great online hangout!

Valentine’s Day: floating hearts, prizes could be:
-pink poodle cupid statue
-chocolate candy
-lots of love sweater (could be pink with hearts on it)
-lovey dovey toque (could be pink with a heart tassle)
St. Patrick’s Day: floating shamrocks, prizes could be:
-frog leprechaun statue
-leprechaun hat
-lots of luck sweater (could be green with shamrocks on it)
Summer Fest: floating beach balls or flip flops. prizes:
-lemonade
-sunglasses
-start of summer sweater (no appearance ideas)
-beach chair
-framed picture of a beach
Easter: floating easter eggs, prizes could be:
