Webkinz is mostly back up and wow, a lot of new things. Daily and hourly events aren’t back up yet and I’m getting some locking up still too. Back down now…
My first thoughts
- I had to manually drag my window bigger to see everything.
- Much better interface to get places. No longer do you have to go back to The main screen to get places or use that very tall drop up menu
- Looks cleaner overall
- We have some display options for how to sort things.
- The Charm Forest is live but you can’t even enter to see it without a code. It is a combination of the Gem Hunt and Trading codes – you get to do stuff every 6 hours and look for present and more codes, etc. There is a Charm Forest theme as well now that is exclusive through that.
- There are webkinz advertisements on the right side for stuff in Webkinz. I sure hope the word Advertisement on them doesn’t mean there will be other outside ads in those places eventually.
- Food is much easier to see in Storage and it tells you how much is there.
- No changes to games or curio shop but there are to how the W shop looks.
- There are now six instead of three pets on the My Pets screen

My friends and I waited a half hour after 1:00! It was pretty cool though. There still are some flaws.

I’m really sorry, WAIT! Do this! It told me too just now. Go to webkinz and press ctrl then F5. I did it twice! Then log in! I hope that helped!

Dani -that’s because I kept getting -DOUBLES DOUBLES DOUBLES and yea and more DOUBLES!! I got sick and tried of have doubles, so I started tradeing. Then I knew you could rip of people and not give them their stuff. So, I still traded giveing people what they wanted, and then I offerd stuff I didn’t have, and I got stuff that I never could have gotten by myself. Sorry we had plans tonight.
When you go to webkinz you need to either manually clear your cache or hit Shift-Refresh or Ctrl-F5. Then to be sure, turn off your browser and then turn it back on.
That should take care of it.
