Saturday, October 6, 2007Yesterday launched the Halloween theme and the Kinzville Academy. At midnight, the KinzStyle section was launched. Another feature code driven section, this corresponds to the webkinz clothing coming out soon. Get the item for your pet, get the code for the virtual item.
We love Webkinz as much as the next folks but whoa, slow down Ganz. At some point it becomes so cost prohibitive to keep up with all these items that children will be priced right out of the market. Pet of the Month, Salon items, trading cards, bookmarks, mousepads and now clothes is asking for a ton of cash from kids and their parents.
Fhew! At least our donut Day Five is showing some growth after three days dormant.

I agree. It is just too much. And trust me, we have spent our fair share…but they have just made it way too excessive, in my opinion.
yep, i agree, michelle. and another way to get you to buy the new clothes: the dresses. the kinzstyle shop is the only place to get the dresses, and if people want the newest virtual item, you better believe they will want the new real item! ugh, this is getting too out of hand. at least wait a few months before introducing a new product. they just came out with the bookmarks, lip glosses, and body sprays just about a month (or less!) ago. it wasn’t too long ago that the charms were new. come on webkinz, slow down and let customers buy the newest product before coming up with another one!
product overload. Not going to get that stuff. Put most of my clothes in draws ect. with cleaning out our docks can’t afford to keep clothing items in them Just going to settle for the halloween costumes for now if they ever
come out….

wow we just started in june and our house has 40 webkinz almos all charms an who knows how many playing cards. i think that is enough for a bit. Yeah they got even me hooked along with the kids but give us a break let us breath. what are their plans gonna be for the holidays at this rate

Ganz(c) Webkinz(c) is an awesome thing! We all LOVE their products. But as you said, they are adding TOO much at ONCE.
I mean I am STILL spending money on Trading Cards and Charms! I don’t have much money, and just saw some webkinz I liked and Salon Items in a store not far away from me! 
But, I am NOT up-to beat with the salon things, mouse pads(got one) and um clolthes! Gosh, I don’t have THAT much money!? And I can’t spend it all on this-but I want to.
Ganz is making great things for their Webkinz consumers, but PLEASE, just SLOW DOWN.

Don’t get me wrong i love webkinz, i totally agree with you they are going a little over board with this whole charm forest, trading cards, lipstick, ect! Nobody can offord that when the cost is 10.00$ per webkinz! Ganz needs to calm down and have a realty check, we’re not high rollers with millions os dollers, we’re middle class and our parents barely get through paying the bills! I mean come on at least shorten the cost of webkinz to $5.00!

I think that recently ganz has been marketing more things for girls recently. kinzstyle, body spritz, lipgloss, not only is it a lot to keep track of, but it’s way more for girls! am i the only one who feels this way?
Totally guess what, they have to much stuff! I can’t beleive Webkinz made all of this! Kids love Webkinz but I still think that everything on Webkinz is hard to collect! On ebay you could by the whole collection of all the webkinz, I just so that this morning. There was another for all the charms and 100 trading card packs, another for all the bookmarks and mousepads, 30 lip gloss and body spray, and a couple for clothes. I added the total for all this and it ends up at about… $17,462.78 which includes shipping and handling. Plus, I’m pretty sure that that is the cheapest you can get. Not to mention that all the retired Webkinz are in there. Guess what, I will slowly buy this, with all of my friends help, we all have one account and 4 of the POTM exclusives and need a lot ofexclusives and have almost have all of the rares. so we can put it into one acount and will be the rulers of Webkinz! Go Red Sox!

michelle i totally and utterly agree with u im a kid and my parents got fet up when it was just the bags and webkinz and lilkinzright when i got my 5th.now i get my own and i cant handle it ! with all my friends saying oh yeah have you been to the charm forest ,oh yeah did you see that new dress at kinstyle shop BLAHBLAHBLAH.i love ganz but MY POCKET HURTS!
slow down at least take 2-3 months until something new .PACE YOURSELVES!
