Michelle, Have you ever had your webkinz mail get stuck? I have been trying to open a package since Saturday. My enevelope comes up and then just sits there. I have to log out to remove it from the screen. Any ideas?

Jennifer, thanks and yes I have. Give it 48 hours more hours and then email support@webkinz.com. Email a ton of details and a screenshot if you can, include your account number, password, phone number too. That's the quickest way to get help.
