I entered ten Series Four cards webkinz codes and all ten were good items! A mix of clothes, posters and other items.

I've complained before about getting small amounts of cash or bags of groceries for feature codes. I felt like if a child (or adult!) were going to spend their hard earned real world cash on extra game items, they should get a real reward. I don't know if other people are still getting lousy items from their codes but I'm thrilled with the result from this run!
