POTM Glitches

I hope no one had any of the POTM glitches if they adopted one yesterday. If you did, email ganz at support@webkinz.com and include all the info you can. Remember email this only to webkinz support, NO ONE ELSE. These are the questions they will ask, so the more you add in the beginning the quicker you'll get help.

-First name of the user

-Pet Type

-Secret code

-Sequence Number (This is printed on the top left side of the opened Webkinz tag or on the back of the tag, below the UPC code on the tag. This number could be up to 15 digits long) If trading card - not applicable

-Place of Purchase (Store Name, City, State)

-Issue you are currently experiencing


Once we receive your email we will call you Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm Eastern standard time.
