Pet of the month glitch

Just a heads up when you do your pet of the month…there is some kind of glitch.
I didn’t get a welcome banner and my frog was in front of the refrigerator with it open, also just regular gifts – NO LOOT BAG!!
I went on webkinz insider to get a number to call and someone had posted that the same thing had happened to them but their pet was on the toilet.
If you change rooms, you get the fanfare music and the banner and the loot bag.
I’m glad she told me because I would have gone nuts!! I’ll try our frog code and see if it has been fixed yet!

I just adopted mine. It took alitte while for it to pop up once I got to her room. I named her Lillie Pad.
I named him Kermit FW Ribbit
She got it, it just took her moving to a new room

My daughter got up early to enter her frog code before school. She only got the regular stuff you get when adopting a new pet. After she left for school I went to other rooms and found the loot bag.Was I disappointed to find we received 0 kinzcash and nothing else!!!
all I got was a picture and a coupon for 40% thats all. I thaught you would get a nice gift

yeaaaa…i got nothing at all.
I also went on early this morning to adopt my POM. I recieved normal adoption prizes, and the regular exclusive item box. There also was no welcome banner at the top of the screen. Nothing changed when I switched rooms either, which is pretty aggrivating.
Could you give me that phone number or tell me where you got it. My son did not receive his loot bag either. Do you know what they are going to do? Any info would be great. Thanks

thats great michelle! lol i am glad u igured this out i would have when nuts too! but i am only aloud to get webkinz some times (verry rarely so i dont think i will be getting the potm stuff any time soon

Ganz read the note that I wrote on their guestbook. They sent my daughter a loot bag and 200 kinzcash as their apology and a very nice letter. Thanks Ganz for making a little girl’s day!
