malaika, they tend to be responsive when it relates to getting the wrong item for purchased products so if your email is geared that way, I think you have a good chance of getting it fixed

We opened the four packs the girls got for Christmas today and didn’t get any new ones. We had to switch the cards from a quart zipplock bag to a gallon bag. Might buy one of the new card albums just to have something to do with them. Maybe someday we will actually play a game with them.lol

When we were in college my husband got carded for a R movie. She said never mind when she saw his college id in his wallet.
We watched that show too. I didn’t recognize some of them because my older daughter was born in the late 90′s those last couple of years are a blur.
ok i have the cash cow trophy, goobers lab trophy, and zingoz pop gold trophy. the cash cow trophy is fine, the zingoz pop gold trophy you could see it but you couldn’t pick it up and i could like walk through it, i accidentally set my goobers lab trophy on it then i couldn’t get it back so 2 of my 3 trophies are like gone.

Heck I have a room I can’t even get into anymore. Webkinz won’t do anything about it and it has been 3 weeks now. Some things are just not going to get fixed.

I think they are a little over whelmed right now. The number of accounts has to be through the roof compared to this time last year considering how many places are selling the pets just around me.

I saw something recently but I can’t remember where saying not to put too much stuff in rooms and recommendations on how much is OK. Have either of you seen it. I am a little worried about my storage room it wouldn’t load a couple of different days and then was OK.

I don’t want it to be as hard as it was before to get webkinz but it was more fun in the big picture when there was some real world hunting involved.
There are six places by me just in one mall but I still find myself running around to find specific pets. It took me nine stores to located a lil’ kinz pig last month.

Wow 100,000. I had my daughter at 45,000 at one point before she insisted I get my own account but now with trying to collect rares and taking care of six accounts I am lucky to stay above 5,000.

the market is getting oversaturates – ty beanie babies 2.0 is about to hit, now Build a Bear, etc. I know Shining Stars failed but the newer forays in to the marketplace have real money behind them.
of all things, I wish Ganz would come out with tshirts for the kids.
We haven’t adopted most of our holiday ones either. My older daughter has a December birthday and got six at her party so now she is in no hurry to do the Christmas ones. However she did the love frog immediately. I think they might want to hold on to some of the older styles just to see if they are pets of the month.
we have 80 in the main one and about 5 in the other two but since we have pretty much everything, we don’t spend as much. i try to make my new ‘theme’ rooms in the other two accounts so we don’t touch that 80.
then again, we have 13 more to enter anyway.

Shinning Stars isn’t up anymore? My three year old has one and she really liked it. I wasn’t that impressed so we haven’t gone on in awhile. I think she could play the games on there on her own sooner than webkinz. She is going to he upset if it is gone. There is the barbie site and WI is advertising some other site too.

oh shining stars is still up and going but overall they haven’t been able to make a dent enough in the market to survive.

hayley likes club penguin too but we aren’t as thrilled with the social aspect there.
We have around fifty adopted between the four of us but I am the only one who does all the gardening and we don’t play every day.
on club penguin there seems to be too much socializing with ‘who is a guy’ and ‘who is single’ kind of comments.
we don’t do any of the chat on webkinz and i have the plus part locked as well.
michelle?I read your post about webkinz having issues.My friend got a webkinz, made a room and everything, (yesturday)now she cant get back in..yes she is using the right name and password..what do you recommend she do to resolve this issue?
i work online from home and i do a lot of monitoring or tasks that can take awhile so webkinz is a good time filler for me.
maggie, have her try to login using the secret code on the pet. you can get into your account using that. So if she can’t get on either way, then have her email support@webkinz.com
Oh good about shining stars hopefully they hold on until she is five. I checked out club penguin for my nine year old but she doesn’t have enough time for the webkinz. I did let her ask Santa for the barbie mp3 player and she likes it.

tmt5, hayley will play for like 30-40 mins of anything and then is gone . she really is more into the social aspect with her friends, collecting, visiting, playing in the real world and online too.
She’s loves the disney site so she wanted to check out the CP stuff. I also won’t pay the monthly fee so I don’t think she’ll play it for long, lol.

my cousins daughter forgot her password an they jus moved a couple months ago an they figured they didnt need any of the tags an threw them all out not they had to but a new pet an start a new account cause they didnt think there was anything they could do

Exactly. I like how restrictive the barbie chat is and that they can only really talk to real life friends. I never talked to anyone on the club penguin. I won’t let her go on here or WI on her own yet. Everyone is pretty nice most of the time but I think she needs to be a couple of years older to deal with the emotions some of the kids express.
malaika, i’d hope there is a way to get webkinz to help but there might be no way to prove it is their account unless they have a parent account or something.

My daughter will go on for an hour or two and then not touch the computer for a couple of weeks. She mostly plays when her best friend and her can go on together. They talk on the phone and play at the same time. My younger daughter just loves the stuffed animals and the wheel of wow.

and with CP, the social aspect is there automatically b/c your penguin is in a world with everyone else. Hayley can only use one of the laptops downstairs in our presence and she was reading the ‘are you single’, etc stuff to us, my husband went nuts on that.
people always laugh b/c I let her talk on here but she is right next to me if not on my lap when posting on here.
my 3 year old is the same way. she does the wotm,wow,yum, an wishing well
hayley and her best friend play together – but usually in our living room. it just cracks me up to see two kids on laptops at a coffee table, playing games in a virtual world against each other on a server far away.

My daughter and her friend just got nintendo ds for their birthdays. They sit next to each other on the bed and are playing together while staring at different screens. It seems so strange to me. The only thing my friends and I had to do in the winter was listen to music, talk and play dolls.
I hate seeing kids on here without their parents permission. drives me nuts.
if hayley comes to me and asks to do something, with supervision, 90% of the time I say yes. The trouble comes when she lies …
hayley got one for her bday last year and she was on the phone telling a friend to bring his over – i said why does he even need to come over if that is all you want to do.
she’s been good with her ds and ipod so i got her a real digital camera – i figured at least there was something positive to learn that involved more than just the gadget itself

They just got them so I don’t mind for now especially because they also did dress up and sang and played with littlest pet shops that evening.
My daughter wants a camera but she is still misplacing things too often to be ready for a camera. I think she can have a inexpensive one next Christmas. OK goodnight for real this time.lol

Log in to wekbinz and near the potrait of your pet (on the dock) you should see a button saying “My Pets…” click on it and you can see ALL of your webbies!!
