All you have to do is push the F5 button and it is like the refresh thing. It may take a couple times to log in and alot of waiting but it will work. I’m on now since I did that!

lola that happened with me frog(11th) and it was in october too!! potm!! i sent the message and the next day they e-mailed me back and told me a diiferent code for the frog! it says about 7-10 buissnss days!! but i guesss that time wasn’t busy! y0ou shoudl get another code soon! the only problem is if they find the code in soeone elses account!!!! then they would probably believe them! but if they can’t find it then they will say there was something wrong with the code and give u a new one!! hopefully the last thing is what happens!
