Loading problems

A lot of people cannot get into Webkinz World - including us.

For some it started over the weekend, for others Monday evening. It just hangs on loading. Ganz does know what is going on and is working on it. You can ask your parents to email your Internet service provider links

2:45pm Update: Part of the problem is trying to connect with Firefox browser. If you are having problems and using Firefox, try IE or Netscape to see if they'll work. Firefox didn't but IE did for us on TimeWarner Cable (Roadrunner).

Michelle do you possaibly have over 100 items in your dock? Webkinz one time in the newz paper said if you have over 100 things in your dock you are going to have problems in Webkinz World. That the only explanation I have beacause I can log in without any problems, but the Charm forest -I can only enter in the Spooky forest but ecides that I'm fine!

I have had wierd things happen with our webkinz. This morning my daughter had her monkey in the tub before school and the shower head in the bath tub would not shut off! I could not get the water off, I tried clicking of both the "all done" towel, clicking on the "x" and logging out. Everything froze! After about 20 seconds the water shut off on it's own. I guess the monkey just wanted a longer bath :)

Sometimes I login and it says that I am sorry but you are not allowed to login at this time. Other times I watch the loader lounge get about 75% done - then it starts all over.
This will happen for about 3 cycles .
Now that is weird...........

I had a ton of trouble over the weekend. I would try and try but even when I typed in www.webkinz.com, the page wouldn't load. Then if I used a link to the login page from another site, sometimes it would load, but it usually wouldn't. Weird.

For anyone who CAN get on the site, the medieval window is in the curio shop now, and the geographic globe will be on sale from 11am until noon :)

Elmtree, this isn't about docks, it is a issue with connectivity with Ganz.

Seems our local gift shop has gotten a "bad batch" of the Webkinz Frog. I bought one for my daughter yesterday and when we tried to register the code, it wouldn't let us because the code "had already been used". I am waiting to hear back from Ganz to see if they will fix the problem. But the gift shop said that they have had over ten returned this week for the same reason. All frogs, as well. VERY frustration. The automated thing on their site says they they can not guarantee that they will issue a new code. If they do not, I told my daughter, we will NEVER buy another webkinz again!
