The Kilt Skirt was available for a little while in the W shop. It sold in there for 90 coins!!! I bought 2, then put them in drawers. It must have been a glitch though.

I too got mine in the w shop for $90 it was a glitch -- it did not show up in the dock right away.. it was plank area, then it showed up I purchased 2 also..
