Thanks to two days of Webkinz Wish Token spins, we hit the 15 mark today and got the Webkinz Haunted Painting at the Wish Factory! Thanks Clydesdales!

You know that Haunted Painting is going right in Hayley's Halloween room!

New figurines are finally out! Our stores don't have them yet – how about yours? We posted images of all of them earlier if you want to check them out.

    My birthday was 4 days ago. But I did’nt get any Webkinz. Which is O.k. I thiink I don’t really want any figures. But I think I am going to get trading cards. On my birthday Webkinz gave me a token. And for being a member for a year I got another token.

    Mrs. Michelle and Hayley! Congrats on getting the Haunted Painting! I just got it with my latest adoption and put it in my Haunted House room! It’s totally awesome!

    Question for the community-
    I emailed support@webkinz.com a few days ago because of a problem I’m having on my account (namely, I have 7 charms and for some reason, only 6 rows of the charm forest are unlocked).

    I got an email from support@webkinz.com, asking for my name, phone number, and my pet’s secret code… which made me a little leery.

    I did initiate the contact, but I wanted to know if anyone else ever had webkinz support ask for their secret code. I don’t want to give it out without being certain that this is legitimate.

    Kate: My sister had a problem where her items wern’t showing up and she lost a lot… (She put them in her room, logged her out, and when she logged back in her items were gone.) She emailed Ganz… They didn’t help at all! They did ask for all that information! This was the right email support@ganz… something like that! It is ok to do… Personally I don’t think they help with missing, lost, stolen, or in my sister’s case Webkinz logging her out just when she put in her item!

    Thanks a bunch for that info. It sounds like way more hassle than it’s worth. I think I’m going to just wait until Saturday and buy another virtual charm code. In the email it says they would call me on the phone, but I work full-time so I can’t be waiting for Webkinz World to call!!
