jennifer, i did the same thing and logged on a lil kinz frog as our 20th pet. got superbed, but no loot bag. i sent an email on 10/3 and received the response below:

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem when adopting the Pet of the Month. We were aware of some minor technical difficulties which may have resulted in some members not receiving their gifts. The problem has been rectified and all users who did not receive Pet of the Month gift bags when they originally adopted their frogs will now have a gift bag waiting for them the next time they log into their account.
i was very clear in my email that i had adopted the lil kinz but, as you can see, no mention of that in their email as the reason i did not receive a bag.
i emailed them again yesterday morning at 8a and have still not hear back. just sent them another email. i’ll let you know if i get a resolution.
You know when I get a PSI, I want it then I get it-but It’s never the same if you don’t have the pet. So, I always trade them or give then away to people!

hi pezinator my son and i trained 4 of our pets today but i quickly realized how much we would spend to train all of our pets, so we stopped there. it was fun but it took me a little time to get the hang of it
tenbuck – i haven’t really given that a lot of thought. right now, i just have a couple of baskets full of the little guys that my son likes to look at (but not touch) every now and then i guess i’ll wait to see what the next few POTM pets are.

jennifer, i did the same thing and logged on a lil kinz frog as our 20th pet. got superbed, but no loot bag. i sent an email on 10/3 and received the response below:

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered a problem when adopting the Pet of the Month. We were aware of some minor technical difficulties which may have resulted in some members not receiving their gifts. The problem has been rectified and all users who did not receive Pet of the Month gift bags when they originally adopted their frogs will now have a gift bag waiting for them the next time they log into their account.
i was very clear in my email that i had adopted the lil kinz but, as you can see, no mention of that in their email as the reason i did not receive a bag.
i emailed them again yesterday morning at 8a and have still not hear back. just sent them another email. i’ll let you know if i get a resolution.

Yeah! I got a lil’kinz frog and it gave me the POM items!
You know when I get a PSI, I want it then I get it-but It’s never the same if you don’t have the pet.
So, I always trade them or give then away to people!

my son and i trained 4 of our pets today but i quickly realized how much we would spend to train all of our pets, so we stopped there. it was fun but it took me a little time to get the hang of it
