Congrats, Michelle! BTW, did you ever get your feather chair? We didn’t get our elephant fountain and I just received an e-mail from support and they are basically telling me tough luck. “Any lost or missing items resulting from a minor anomaly on the website will NOT be awarded.” I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in them. My son is so upset. What are the chances of getting three wishing wells in a row in the center again? Is there someone other than support@webkinz.com that you know of to contact?
Laura, we did get it.
Support@webkinz.com is the best way. I’d email again and make it clear you are the adult, include as much specific stuff (approx time, date, everything), put your phone number, etc.
If they email me back with the generic response, I resend it and explain again that this was not a case of that. It has taken 2-3 rounds some times but I’ve done that, I’ve usually gotten a call back.

I’ve found it your first hit doesn’t land in the red/pink flowers after the 400 marker, no chance to get to 600.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get 600 on the Wacky Zingoz? I have been trying all day, not even tips on WI have helped!
Congrats on getting the trophy! I’ve been trying all day. I ended up with scores of 600.7 and 601, but recieved no trophy. Any ideas as to why? I can’t figure it out!

Got a trophy on my third game! Then I played about 25 more games with no luck, lol! But I’m thrilled to have one, nonetheless. No plushies yet though, but still plenty of time for that
600.1 but I still got mine. YEY! I love it. My marker landed within the sign and I did not get anything. I guess it has to be pasted the sign.
Two things:
one of your posts said that you can’t receive zingoz plushie in the arcade, i’ve gotten three of them, and they come pretty quickly.
I CANNOT for the life of me get past the six hundred mark. Do you think webkinz may have made the game harder because everyone is going to try and get the trophy?

Here’s how you trade:
You get somebody to trade with you. And any thing on webkinz that you don’t want or something like that, put it on your trading list. See if a person wants anything off of it. Now, they’ll have a trading list, and you can decide if you want anything off of it! If you want something, and they want something, then you can trade!!!! BUT, there are scammer all over the place. So be careful. And make sure the trade is fair. Like you wouldn’t trade a superbed for a couple coupons would you? lol! And when your all finished, add each other to ur friends list, and send what you traded for!
