Deluxe gift glitch

All of a sudden we ended up with a SECOND Deluxe membership gift in our accounts at some point this week! Our Deluxe covers all of our accounts and I thought we got a second one before in another but just wasn't sure. However I went to do the Wish Wheel today and noticed in one account we didn't open the first gift and now had a second one as shown in the image above.
This is the second best glitch ever! (The best will always be to me that afternoon when we had unlimited Wheel of WOW spins.)
